Stump grinding and removal

Once a tree is removed through felling or dismantling, the remaining stump can look unsightly and may get in the way of future replanting or building work.

We offer a stump grinding and removal service and can reduce or remove stumps of any size in almost any location. Using specialist grinding machinery we can either remove the stump completely (this is necessary if another tree is to be planted in the same place) or simply reduce it below the surface of the ground.

We are happy to remove any woodchip created by the grinding process. Alternatively, you can compost the chippings, use them to cover paths or play areas or scatter them around established trees and shrubs as mulch.
